Amazing 12 training sessions for losing fat, shaping and lifting bum, shaping legs, waist and arms. This is high intensity program for everyone who would like to be challenged. We are using ankle weights, resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebell, abs roller or substitute for the mentioned equipment, like water bottles, towels, backpacks, etc. Home workouts can be challenging, fun and the result can be amazing!
