- 30 days of online fitness classes - we will go live, but if you can't attend our live online fitness classes, the video will be waiting for you to go through it at some later stage.
- 12 online workout sessions - 3 workout sessions per week, 45-60min long.
- Individual nutrition plan - each attendee will receive an individual nutrition plan.
- Exercises can be performed at home or at the gym - you will need dumbbells, a kettlebell and resistance bands. This means that you can work out in the comfort of your home. Gym is also a great place for the workout.
